LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Cling Fishing Products, our customers are extremely valued, and it is our number one priority to ensure all of your needs are met. We take the time to ensure we are always putting out the best products that will leave you above and beyond satisfied. That being said we realize the occasional mistake can slip through the cracks. This is why all Cling products are backed by our lifetime limited warranty.
Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects. This does not include stolen or lost parts, scratches, or normal wear and tear. It is up to the discretion of Cling Fishing Products to decide what is or is not a manufacturer defect.
To make a warranty claim simply fill out the return form below, request a return or an exchange, and explain the issue. Make sure to specify which product you're having issues with and leave your name so we can help you as best as possible.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Not happy with your purchase? You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase. Simply fill out the return form in the link below and we will review your request. If your return fits under our guidelines we will email you a shipping label with packing instructions. We apologize for any inconveniences, and will get back to you as soon as possible.
